This radical, roofless two-seater is a tribute to legendary racing cars, and was unveiled at the Formula 1™ Monaco Grand Prix.

Designed for ultimate performance and pure driving pleasure, the PureSpeed concept boasts a HALO system instead of a traditional A-pillar, inspired by Formula 1™ safety technology.

The vehicle's sleek design includes carbon fibre elements and aerodynamic enhancements, with a striking colour gradient paying homage to Mercedes' racing heritage.

With only 250 units available, this small series model promises unparalleled exclusivity and dynamic performance.

Still, I’m not sure there are more than 250 buyers and even fewer who will use their cars rather than add them to a collection that people rarely get to see.

I love a Mercedes and was one of the first people in the UK to order an SLR, but this one isn’t for me.
